When you have security equipment to protect your family, it needs to work. If part of the intertwined service is supplied by a cable company both must work as one. After David T. solved my problem, I am very pleased that I made the perfect choice. He was able to overcome the cable company's stick the device anywhere approach and reroute digital & phone wires so that my router is located at ceiling levels. I now have a simple 5 port switch servicing my computer needs.He also encountered a dead mother alarm board and put a replacement in promptly by 8 am the next morning. WOW.I just moved 1,300 miles and arrived in my new home 3 weeks. It is good to know that I am protected by Service Pros like David T from Vitex.

We went several days without air during the ETA tropical storm in southern Florida. My AC vendor told me that the problem was with the Uxari thermostat. David, from Uxari, quickly identified the problem as being related to the HAV AC as opposed to the thermostat and went beyond his responsibilities by draining the air conditioning lines and servicing the air conditioner to restart and restore our air. Very responsible and professional.

Our Vitex technician, Stephen, was excellent! He responded to all my questions, provided me with additional detail to help me determine the best set up for my needs, and was meticulously organized to the point where he "cleaned up" our network box so that all the devices and connectors were secure (including those installed by the local cable company). Are there other options out there for setting up your home network? Yes. But the level of professionalism and quality of installation by Stephen made Vitex the right choice for me.
